Less is Moore was group class project for Engineering Psychology I (Psych 7101) under Prof. Gregory Corso. The object of this project was to identify a problem and then to find a solution to it. We decided to see how to increase the efficiency of a small paint store and also enhance the customers experience in the store. We studied a small paint store and interviewed both the workers and the customers. On the basis of the data we collected we redesigned the paint store workspace and gave a set of design recomendations which included a worskpace redesign as well as more ergonomic controls.
